"L’ANTIPASTO VALE TUTTO Siamo stati qui in famiglia per il pranzo di Pasquetta e va detto: che pranzo! Il solo antipasto vale l'esperienza intera, sia per abbondanza sia per sapore. Stiamo parlando di una serie quasi infinita di portate con preparazioni tipiche della cucina locale dal gusto autentico e inconfondibile. Dalla ricotta forte alle polpette, ai fritti fino alle cozze gratinate, semplici ma una tira l'altra. Peccato un po' per i primi, non male di base, ma tutti scotti e dai condimenti un po' slegati e molto agliosi, altrimenti saremmo su un 5 stelle. Ma impeccabile è stato il servizio. Cortesia, grande disponibilità e rapidità nel servire piatti comunque tutti preparati al momento con una sala piena. L'ambiente è piccolo, ma molto tipico e accogliente. Prezzi assolutamente più che onesti."

"In cerca di cucina tipica locale ci siamo addentrati nei vicoli di Ceglie per evitare i ristoranti "trappole per turisti" con menù con tanto di foto dei piatti e con approssimative traduzioni di carne alla brace che diventa Roast Meat. Scoviamo l Osteria del Capitolo e senza indugio ci sediamo in un ambiente familiare e accogliente. Abbiamo ordinato in 3 un antipasto della casa per 2 persone composto da tantissime diverse pietanze davvero saporite e genuine. Seguono orecchiette con sugo di braciole ( involtini di carne) , grigliata di carne mista, patate fritte artigianali e non surgelate, insalata mista. Tutto davvero ottimo. Conto più che adeguato . Ci è stato gentilmente offerto un amaro all'alloro fatto in casa. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Ci tornerò sicuramente"
